Atlantic Pinstriping^® LLC. will repair any defect in a stripe that we have applied for the life of your vehicle. This includes fading and chipping. However any repairs made to the vehicle finish resulting in damage to the stripe are not covered; i.e.; scratches being repaired, dent removal, and or any collision repairs. Warranty is limited to Atlantic Pinstriping^® LLC. repairing the vehicle at a participating Atlantic dealer (normally at the origination of the new car sale). Atlantic shall not be held liable, accountable, or responsible, or in any way be deemed so for the expense of a rental vehicle, hotel, or any other expenses related to repairing a stripe should there be a defect. Atlantic shall in no way reimburse any monies to anyone claiming to have had repairs done elsewhere, whether claiming a defect, or not, in the stripe at anytime or under any circumstances. In no way shall Atlantic be held liable to pay any monies, fees, and or charges that exceed the original cost of the pin stripe at any time.
